I Need You | LUXXURY
I’m loving this fun little track.
It’s the type of track that should be playing when the sun is shining outside.
It’s the type of track you play when you know it’s going to be a good day.
Those mornings where I wake up ready to take on the day and complete everything on my to-do list.
Dancing as I wash the dishes in the kitchen - so impressed with how productive i’m being. Adding a little sativa to the mix to make it even more fun. Taking the solo dance party to the balcony as i water my plants. and text Michelle to see what she’s up to. Folding my clothes like an adult as we text about food and “just one drink”. Dancing in the bathroom as I debate on whether a shower is really necessary.
It’s the type of song I want playing as I walk to Tacoliscious. As we have guac, salads (we’re so healthy), and habanero passionfruit margaritas. It’s the type of song I want playing when Jeff and Spencer text saying Ian’s in town and they’re getting beers at zeitgeist. It’s the type track I want playing when I have a pitcher in my hand and am scanning the picnic tables for the boys. It’s the track I want playing when the perfect day comes together.
It’s the type track that makes me text Sarah, Carla, and Angie to see who’s in the mood for dancing tonight. It’s the track that makes me invite the girls over for a little pre-game. The track that makes me finally take a shower and make sure my ice cube trays are full.
It’s the type of track the turns my kitchen into a cocktail lounge. The type of track that makes me call Josh and see what DJs he and his crew are checking out. The type of track that makes our crews join forces at audio… dance all night long…and end the night giving each other sweaty hugs goodbye.
It’s the type of track that makes me smile and I pass out with my clothes on.
The type of track that makes me wake up feeling sore for all the right reasons.
That makes me squint as the light creeps into my room…only a few hours after I got home.
It’s the type of track that should be playing when the sun is shining outside.
It’s the type of track you play when you know it’s going to be a good day.
