After a 2.5 hour flight delay at 8:00am and an all day meeting that ended at 7:00pm. I was exhausted.

I took my exhausted self to the store to buy wine and beer.

And I took that wine and beer to my friend Kati’s.

I rang the door bell and was greeted by three beautifully awesome smiling girls. Who hugged me, grabbed my hand, and pulled me to a dance floor previously know as their living room. 

The dance-party-turned-dinner-party-turned-pajama-dance-party continued until the wee hours…a least the wee of hours for an 11 year old and a seven year old…when I eventually passed out on the couch smiling.

After a 2.5 hour flight delay at 8:00am, an all day meeting that ended at 7:00pm, and a night with some of my favorite girls, I was exhausted…and full of love.
