Lovesick | Maude Latour
I like day-dreaminess of this song.
Like I would play this song lying on my bed with my arms outstretched, looking up at the ceiling. Or laying out on the grass with my arms outstretched, looking up at the stars.
Or in the passenger seat of my friends convertible, standing up with my arms out to feel every inch of the wind I could.
Or spinning around, like I used to when I was little , never stopping because I knew when I did, I would fall to the ground.
Something about this song just makes me want to get lost in the moment. Where it’s less of an escape and more of an exploration. It think that’s one of the reasons why I love daydreaming more than dreaming. Because having that bit of control, and watching where you let it take you, tells you so much about what’s going on in your head than a dream ever could.
