I’m not a writer.

I’m not someone who studied the craft of writing or writes for a living.

I’m not a music writer.

I’m not someone who reviews, or critiques, music for the public telling them what they should, or shouldn’t listen to (I’ll share more about my thoughts on that another time probably).

But I am a music lover.

I am someone who love music with all of their heart.

I am someone who couldn’t think of a world without music.

I’m someone who plays music the moment they wake up. Someone who hangs their headphones on their doorknob so they can grab them on the way out. Some who always picks going blind over going deaf because the thought of never listening to music again isn’t an option.

I started this project because I wanted a space to connect the dots and express why certain songs resonate with me.

But it’s hard to keep it up.

Not because I don’t find good tracks. But because finding ways to write about them isn’t always easy for me. Because I’m not a music writer.

But i am a music lover.

And I just found a new crush…and wanted to share.
