We Used to Be Young - Day Wave
I honestly don’t know why Day Wave isn’t played everywhere.
Their tracks just make me smile…and daydream about some of the best moments of life.
Biking around Golden Gate park on a Sunday with friend. Tubing down the Russian River convinced that the hand not holding your beer is an effective oar. Busting out your old roller stakes at The House of Eight Wheels. Playing catch with a random dog on the beach. Brown bagging Veuve Clicquot on the swings of the playground next to The Abbey while you’re waiting for it to open (and beating you swing height from when you were a kid.). Eating goldfish with your friend’s toddler. Dancing in the aisles of the grocery store…or a drug store…or any store of any kind.
Everyone needs those little montage moments.
And a tack like this that can help create them.
