Sometimes I need a track to remind me to keep going.

Sometimes I need friends to.

Sometimes I have one of those nights where I can feel how off track I am.

And I have one of those mornings where I come to terms with it.

And when I’m lucky, I have one of those phone calls that brings me back.

One of those calls that reminds me of who I am, where I was going, and how I might be a little off course but getting back there is not as hard as I think.

One of those calls that reminds me that I’m not stuck.

One of those calls that reminds me that I’m still headed in the right direction.

One of those calls that reminds me to keep going.

It’s a good day when I have one of those calls.
