Sometimes when I’m feeling things shift, I need a rallying so song.

Sometimes it’s a song that makes me dance it out. Sometimes it’s a song that make me want to curl up in a ball and protect myself. Sometimes it’s a song that makes me want to belt it out.

But sometimes it’s a song that makes me feel connected. Connected to a tribe. Connected to a feeling. Connected to an instinct. Connected to something deep inside that’s always been there but has been muffled by noise of everything that’s around me.

Sometimes when I’m feeling a shift, I need a rallying song that makes me nod, smile, and move…and remind me that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.
