Goodbye Summer | Misun

This morning i picked up my phone to check the weather and smiled.

I put on my leather jacket and my boots and walked to work feeling the slightly cooler breeze I’d been waiting weeks for. It feels like it’s taken forever, but fall is finally here.

Although fall in SF feels like summer everywhere else, and the rest of the week is supposed to be warmer, at least I had today. At least I had this one day to not feel smothered  by the air but instead feel revived from it. This one day where everything just felt lighter. The first day I could say goodbye to summer and hello to my favorite season.
