Oh Valentines Day. 

The day we’re supposed to celebrate love and all it can, should, and would be. The day we’re supposed put gestures and words to something beautifully undefinable. I don’t get it. And I don’t think I ever will.

I will never get the Hallmark, De Beers, and Flowers.com commercials. I will never get the hollywood Rom Coms. I will never get any of that stuff that reduces love down to some weird universal formula. And I don’t want to.

Because if everything I know in this world is weird, awesome, amazing, ridiculous, inspiring, shocking, painful, comforting, sweet, hilarious, and everything in between, how could love be any less…less…

Well I guess that’s it. How could love be any less?
