Insane Ft. Moon Holiday | Flume

A couple of days ago, my friend Aaren took a picture of her car dashboard and told me to check out this song. 

I just saw that it was Flume and told her that I loved it. I’ve been listening to this album non-stop for the past month and am still not sick of it. Well…okay…maybe I’ve just been listening to ‘Holdin On’ and 'Sleepless’ non-stop. But either way, I’m still not sick of Flume. 

But when I actually stopped and listened to this track, I had one of those How the fuck?! moments. One of those moments when you almost get into a car accident from hearing a song and asking yourself How the fuck did I never hear this song before?! How the fuck did I never pay attention to these beats?! How the fuck did I never listen to these lyrics?!

When after hearing the song while looking for parking, you drive right by your apartment and keep going…because you just need to hear it one more time. And you keep driving because “one more time” isn’t enough. You keep driving until you get everything you can from this track. You keep driving to make up for all the times you missed this track. You keep driving because a friend who knows what you need before you need it told you to listen to it. And she was oh so right.
