I feel like I can get lost on this track.

Like I can play this and get lost in my head. Or play it in my car and get lost on a drive. Or play it on my headphones and get lost on a walk. Or meandering around a farmers’ market…or a Target.

I feel like I can put this track on and follow my thoughts around as they jump from one topic to the next. As they move from one realization to the next. From one question to the next.

I feel like I can just put this track on and just look up. Or stare off into the distance. Or find myself in one of those moments when I’m suddenly surprised as I realize I’ve been staring at something because I was so lost in my thoughts, I didn’t even realize I was staring at anything at all.

I need those moments sometimes.

I think we all do.
