What is it about this age that make it so iconic? So memorable.

Maybe it’s because it’s the last year before we’re officially an adult. It’s the last year someone else is responsible for us. It’s the last year we can act unabashedly like a jerk with little repercussions.

After seventeen, we can’t act like a kid anymore. After seventeen we have to figure out what we’re going to do with our live. After seventeen we have to get our shit together.

I guess no one ever told me.
